A message from the Four Sisters (Managers/ Directors/Founders)
Well-Watered Life was founded by four sisters whose journey in the disability sector began many years ago with a deeply personal experience—caring for our beloved father after he acquired multiple disabilities later in life. Taking turns to support him gave us invaluable lived experience, shaping our understanding of true care, compassion, and dignity.
That intimate journey inspired us to extend our support beyond our family. What began as a personal responsibility soon grew into a shared passion. As we continued to support others, our dedication deepened, leading each of us to pursue formal qualifications in fields such as Psychology, Community Services, Aged Care, and Individual Support.
Together, we are committed to delivering care that is not only professional but also rooted in love, kindness, respect, and genuine compassion.
